Extra things you MUST do:

1) Shadowing 5 minutes before sleep

Choose any academic topic video → repeat like a speaker.

It improves your speaking fluency FAST.

2) Use English only while studying TOEFL

No translation.

Train your brain academically in English.

3) Keep a grammar mistake list

Not full grammar study — only your own repeated mistakes.

If you want:

Starting tomorrow — we can do your daily practice inside chat.

Every day I give you:

  • 1 speaking question
  • 1 short listening summary test
  • 5 new academic vocabulary words
