On the other hand, there are situations where road expansion is necessary. In rural areas with limited public transport, improved roads can connect people to essential services. Moreover, with increasing numbers of private vehicles, new highways can reduce travel time and improve logistics.
In my opinion, while building roads may offer short-term relief, the long-term solution lies in developing sustainable and efficient public transport systems. This not only addresses environmental concerns but also ensures accessibility for all citizens.
In conclusion, both investments are important, but public transport offers broader benefits in the long run.
